Linux mEaN stack install
Install instructions for NodeJS and ExpressJS on an AWS Linux EC2 instance. How to launch node app as a nohup.
Identify the OS.

Identity and update the npm and node install versions
[html]$ node -v

[html]$ npm -v
1.3.4
[html]$ sudo npm install npm -g

[html]$ sudo npm cache clean -f

[html]$ sudo npm install -g n

The following modules need to be installed locally for the app.
[craftydb]$ npm install express
[craftydb]$ npm install body-parser
[craftydb]$ npm install mongojs
[craftydb]$ npm install mongoose
To restart the app as a nohup
[craftydb]$ ps -A
PID TTY TIME CMD
28369 pts/2 00:00:00 node
[craftydb]$ kill 28369
[craftydb]$ nohup node craftydbapp.js >/dev/null 2>&1 &
